an island escape
channelling the tropics through print, pattern and luxury fabrics, sea sage initially began as a capsule scarf collection and evolved into resortwear, homeware and swimwear. sea sage continues to expand and establish itself as a global lifestyle resort brand extending island dressing to any location. fusing a tropical aesthetic with vibrant artistic vision, sea sage designs elegant silhouettes and eclectic signature prints made for the bon vivant. each print pays homage to the designers homeland of the Turks and Caicos, creating the perfect way to wear a piece of paradise.
our swimwear consists of key aspects such as asymmetrical flounces, shoulder ties, and body sculpting wraps which create feminine and flattering silhouettes. designed to sit on your body like a second skin, all swim is double-lined and designed to fit your unique shape. each piece is made in the UK from a sustainable Italian techno-fabric produced from regenerated fishing nets that have been left abandoned on our coral reefs. this material is not only eco-friendly, but also ensures vibrancy, structure, and functionality for seasons to come.
about amy brown
since a very young age, amy brown has gravitated to all things creative and colourful. growing up on sunny isles in the caribbean, and travelling often - amy found her love of design and pattern followed her throughout her journeys. having spent time living and visiting many countries, she brought her camera along with her to capture what caught her eye. inspiration was stemmed from these photographs and merged with her love of fashion to create these unique products, now people from all corners of the world have the opportunity to carry a piece of paradise with them.
establishing sea sage in the fall of 2014, amy looked to always keep her island aesthetic by naming the brand after the road she grew up on in the quiet area of long bay hills, providenciales. naturally paying homage to her unique island home, amy has been influenced by her younger years spent beside her mother sewing and creating garments. amy and her mum still work closely to this day as the brand evolves and grows. amy's love of swimwear was brought on by many days spent swimming the warm, shallow aqua waters, counting her many years of synchronised and competitive swimming as a inspiration for her designs, swimwear has always been something that amy knew she would naturally evolve into.
Amy currently lives between London and Providenciales, where she oversees all aspects of the brand, ensuring each detail of the products are greatly considered whilst infusing the spirit of the Turks and Caicos: effortless, laid back, luxury.
